Crealies - Gatefold Arch Shaped Butterfly Card

 

Hello Everyone,

This is Deepti, I'm stopping by to share this Arch shaped Gatefold Butterfly card
using Crealies latest dies. Over to my card..

To make this card, I first took White Card stock and created the base using Crealies Arch shaped dies. Then, I layered this White base with three different pattern paper from same paper pad both outside and inside of the card using the layers from same die set.

Meanwhile, I die cut out a silhouette Butterfly using Crealies Butterfly dies on the same set of pattern paper and layered it with another layer with detailed wings. 

Then, I added the butterfly body which I die cut on Black card stock and finally added some gemstones to complete the look of this beautiful butterfly. 

After that, I added a small hinge on one side of the gatefold and glued the butterfly with an angle. With this hinge, it gave the impression that the Butterfly is sitting on the edge of the gatefold. 

I added die cut out sentiment to complete this card. I really love how this card turned out with this butterfly sitting on the edge.

Crealies Double Z-fold Card idea

Hoi

Met 2 Z-fold stansvormen kun je de basis van deze kaart maken. Ik gebruikte Cardzz no. 574.

Gebruik een Crea-Nest-Lies XXL cirkel stansvorm voor de ronde opening en je kaart is klaar.

Ik gebruikte Crea-Nest-Lies XXL no. 150.

Je snijdt van de ene Z-fold stansvorm de 2 smalle rechthoeken af (laat een klein randje over als plakstook) en deze plak je aan de linkerzijde vast achter de andere Z-fold stansvorm.

Vouw de kaart dicht met het rechter-fold gedeelte naar binnen gevouwen.

Zo past de kaart in een normale envelop.

Wist je dat er hele leuke banners zijn, waar de Texto Negativo stanssets
precies in en op passen? 

Dit is de stansset Mix & Match no. 17.

De cirkelvorm heb ik versierd met prachtige Hibiscussen.

En zo is je kaart klaar...
of ga je liever helemaal over de top en maak je
deze  leuke gieter gevuld met bloemen erbij. 

Deze gieter verschijnt pas als je de kaart opent.

Crealies, hi hi hi ... het is lente

 

Hoi

Soms lijkt het al alsof de lente in aantocht is,
op zo'n mooie dag met een zonnetje maakte ik deze kaart.

De Varia 3D bloemvormen zijn zo leuk en geven je kaart echt dat extra Wow-effect.

Waar zijn de grote 3D bloemen zul je denken.....

Deze kaart vouw je naar achteren dicht en de bloemen kunnen los
omdat ik er magneetjes op gebruikt heb.

Als je de kaart openvouwt/naar voren vouwt klappen de bloemen open. De magneetjes van de bloem zullen aangetrokken worden door de magneetjes die ik onder het designpapier heb geplakt.

Crealies New Fun Fold Designs For Cards and Table Decorations, with video

 

I am Karen Hasheck of Karen’s Kreative Kards and I didn’t think I would find a totally new shaped fun fold, but Crealies did it! The newest release at Crealies includes 4 versions of their On The MOVE Design S die sets that create free standing fun fold cards that you can mail in slimline or legal size envelopes. The card above was created with the On The MOVE #29 die set and the new Rainbow Partzz die set for a friend who is feeling under the weather.

This card was created with the On The MOVE #27 die set and the new Charms X-tra die set. The cards have a set of slots that hold the card for display and can be undone so the card lays flat to mail. Here is another picture of this card:

I thought this design would be fun to create a sparkly table decoration for a special birthday party and show how easy it is to make one in the new video.

I decorated this special happy birthday decoration with stars cut with silver holographic cardstock and Crealies Stars with Rough Edges.
