Crealies Better Together part 1

Deze maand zijn er 4 leuke nieuwe On the MOVE stanssets uitgekomen.

Voor mij nieuw, maar voor Annelies niet. Zij schreef hier ooit al een hobbyboek over.

Nieuw is ook dat Annelies en ik eindelijk tijd hebben om samen te knutselen.

Zo zijn we een aantal weken geleden met de collectie van maart aan de slag gegaan en deze 4 kaarten zijn daar het resultaat van. 

In dit blog bericht laten we de eerste 2 kaarten zien. Vanmiddag de andere 2 kaarten.

Crealies On The Move #15 Three Different Ways

 

Hello from central Wisconsin USA! I am Karen Hasheck of Karen's Kreative Kards, and I am back with another video and some fun fold surprise cards made with the new On The MOVE #15 Fold Flat Box Card die set from Crealies.

 

I think cards made with this die set look like traditional gatefold cards until the card pops open for a fun surprise like this chick in her Easter egg on an Action Wobbles so she jiggles and dances around.

In fact this die set easily makes a traditional gate fold card like this 50^th wedding anniversary card I made.  You have a choice whether to use a belly band to hold the card closed as I did on this one. I used the decorative layered dies from the set to decorate the front but didn’t fold the top and bottom triangular pieces for another option on how to use this versatile die set. On the inside I attached a Heart With Rough Edges, and the wish is the layered Texto Negativo Happy Anniversary.
 

This is the wedding or anniversary card I show how to make step by step in the new video. I like being able to choose if I want two layers with the top layer stitched or not, or one layer as I did on the triangles and the inside piece. Here you can see this card fits easily into an A2 (Europe: A6) envelope and will pop up to delight the recipient and stand up for display.

Crealies: Create a Box no. 24 with bling

Goedemorgen,

Vandaag heb ik een chic doosje met bling gemaakt.

Ik heb de nieuwe Create a Box no. 24 gebruikt, 

weer een super leuk modelletje.

Ik heb spiegelkarton en ribbel karton in het zilver gekozen

om het wit/creme karton te versieren. 

De ribbels van het ribbelkarton heb ik horizontaal en verticaal afgewisseld

 voor een leuk effect.

Dit doosje is perfect voor een feestelijke gebeurtenis zoals een bruiloft bijvoorbeeld.

Een mooie Varia vlinder op de voorkant. 

Ik heb onder glitterfoam 'maak van je stansvorm een sticker' vel gedaan en daarna gestanst. 

De onderkant van de vlinder heb ik uit zilver organza gestanst. 

Op de organza heb ik het glitterfoam geplakt. 

Het lijfje van de vlinder heb ik uit hetzelfde karton als het doosje gestanst.

Verder nog een organza strikje en een super grote strasssteen in het midden.

Aan het zilveren lintje heb ik aan de uiteinden twee grote strassstenen 

aan elkaar geplakt aan weerszijden van het lint. 

Zo kan het lintje niet uit het doosje glippen wanneer je hem openmaakt.

Is hij niet elegant?

Dit is de gewone versie van de Create a Box no. 24

er bestaat ook een kleinere "mini" versie.

Crealies - Happy Birthday LADY!!

Hello Everyone,

I'm stopping by to share this circle shaped Birthday card which I've made using Crealies latest scalloped Circle , leaves and lady bug dies.  

Over to my card..

To make this card, I first die cut out two circles on White card stock using latest scalloped circle dies and joined them together at the edges to create a hinge card. Then, I die cut out another circle and ink blended it along the edges using Distress ink.

 

Meanwhile, I die cut out the leaves which I ink blended using green & yellow Distress Oxides and adhered it to the die cut out circle. After that I die cut this Lady bug on Black and White colored card stock where I inked the White card stock with red distress ink and glued it to the card panel. Then, I adhered this circle panel to the scalloped Circle card base.

After that, I die cut the "Happy Birthday" sentiment on Black card stock and "Lady" sentiment on White Card stock  which I inked with Distress ink and glued it along the edges of the circle.

Finally, I added these clear droplets embellishments to complete this Lady Bug Birthday card. I hope you get inspired.
